General Terms

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:As the Artist:

  • I maintain the right to post my work onto social media and use them as advertisements/examples of my artwork. Character credit will always be given.

  • Maintain the right to turn down a commission.

  • That prices are subject to change based on demand/complexity of the commission.

  • All payment must be done via the Request Form on my Artistree, which is then processed through paypal.

  • If a commission needs to be done by a certain deadline, I must be informed prior. Depending on how tight of a deadline it is and if it takes priority over other work, a “rush” fee will be given.

You (The Customer/Commissioner/Contracter):

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website or to social media, but proper credit must be given.

  • You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc) unless you specify the commission is intended for commercial use upon purchasing. Note: Pricing will be adjusted if you intend to have commercial use over my work.

  • May NOT trace over, redistribute, resell, or alter the work in any way to make it your own.

  • You may NOT use my artwork for any kind of project related to blockchain technology, AI-training, ect.

Revisions

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price, regardless of the type you purchase.These “check-ins” will be done at the various stages of my work process:

  • At the conclusion of the sketch phase.

  • At the conclusion of the lineart/coloring phase.

  • At the conclusion of the rendering phase.

If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved after the 3 rounds of changes, I will charge you a fee for any further adjustments. This fee will vary depending on how big of an alteration it is.If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For most situations, Artistree’s Support will take care of issuing refunds on my behalf and will ensure money is returned if need be. However there are still general guidelines I follow to make sure there is insurance on my and my client’s side:

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.

  • The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.

  • If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.

  • Regardless of the commission I will always charge 50% upfront and then the remaining 50% on delivery.
